Tucked away near Monroe Ave, near Strangebird, Owl House, and Marshall St! The whole apartment is on the second floor and is furnished, and the room is small, but has a closet and built in light :) street parking, changes from 2-3, so if you come home from work after 3 and leave in the morning, you don’t need to switch sides during the week. I have one Siamese cat, she’s very friendly, but probably wouldn’t take kindly to introducing another animal into her space.

I am a young professional who is deaf-, LGBT- and disability-friendly. I speak 7 languages conversationally (🇺🇸🇪🇸🇧🇷🤟🏻🇮🇹🇫🇷🇩🇪) and am an intellectually curious person, always trying to learn about different cultures and languages. I’m a conversationalist, but also can respect the space of others. I play a few instruments but I mostly sing. I have downstairs housemates, but they’re quiet. I have ADHD, so my “out of sight, out of mind” issue can lead to clutter, but I do well with either structured cleaning, or doing overhauls when inspiration strikes. The most important thing is communication, because if you let me know something is bothering you, I will always do my best to accommodate or find a solution. Other passions of mine include psychology, conflict management, child development, biology, sociology, and geography. I consider myself very open and communicative, as well as emotionally intelligent (I’ve put in the work to be so), so I’d love to live with someone who is similar in that way.
