Julian Street

I am looking for a roommate to share my 4 bedroom home on 44th & Julian. The dryer works but the washer does not (I wash at the laundromat & dry here). Of course, you’d have access to the kitchen & you’d basically have the basement to yourself. I am the only other tenant. Location is just a couple blocks from Rocky Mountain Park, Safeway & a few restaurants/bars. Tennyson shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Despite being close to 44th, it’s pretty quiet here & I’m surrounded by great neighbors.

I’m 40 years old, male & a super laidback, quiet type of guy. If I’m not working my regular job, I’m driving for Lyft, at the gym or just lounging in my room. I don’t really party or have a lot of visitors. I’m just trying to save some money, pay my bills & update the house as I am able to.
