We have a furnished room on the lower level of our home with a queen size bed, desk, tv mounted on the wall, and a decent sized closet with shelving. There is a shared bathroom right next to the bedroom, and all living spaces are shared. There is parking available in the driveway and a spacious back and front yard (0.6 acres). Downtown maple grove is just down the street and everything is very easy to get to!

We’re a married couple with one child, and my husbands mother comes and goes (she also has a room in the house). We are busy people with work, raising our child, running a business, etc. We live a simple, quiet life and enjoy relaxing at home. We rarely have anyone stay the night and we don’t have many “get togethers”. We love to cook!
