Available room in a 3 bdrm 2 bth double wide modular home walking distance from Downtown Nederland.

I am in the process of deep cleaning and upgrading the home because it was used and abused, so I will be doing small construction projects throughout the Summer and welcome collaboration. For me this is a labor of love but the landlord may throw in perks and(re-sourced) materials for some improvements we choose to do.

The available room is 10“x10“ with a decent size closet and shared bathroom. $500 1st month and equal deposit required at time lease signing six month lease.

I pay the utilities. $100 mo internet split 3 ways I’ve taken the back room and would be who you were sharing the lu with.

There is a deck out front that has panoramic views of the forests and Ned. The land lord likes to garden in back but will share the space. It has a nice open floor plan kitchen and adjoining w/d room. The living room is probably about 10x15 and has a little bay window.

Please be a person who is able to communicate their needs well, someone who has done the work and tends to leave, most, of their drama at the curb. I am open to anyone who seeks a home that is sanctuary.
