Large size room available for rent. It is available January 1st. It has a shared bathroom, laundry access, kitchen access and back yard access. No pets allowed, there is a senior dog on the property. All utilities are included.I will run a background check and renters history check. If you have any felony convictions or any evictions I will most likely pass. First and last month rent is what is required to move in. One year or six month lease option available.

The house is occupied with three working males. Quiet type household. No loud partying or frequent overnight guest. The room is for one person only.
