the Woods Drive

My BF and currently live in a one bedroom and are looking for a clean, respectable roommate to upgrade into a 2 bed, 2 bath unit in our complex. The unit would be in The Woods Apartments located in South San Jose between highways 101,87 and 280/680. It is a gated community composed of 5 different villages, each with their own pool, hot tub and gym. There’s a covered parking spot that comes with the unit and is in an area of the complex that is easiest to find parking. The complex is pet friendly, but dogs need to be registered as emotional support animals and the paperwork turned into the leasing office before move in. There is also a $500 pet deposit.

My BF is a territory manager for a local shoe company and typically works retail hours Tue-Sat. I am a contingent worker at a tech company and work a standard M-F. We are both clean, fun loving and easy going professionals. We enjoy cooking most nights and will often play games and watch movies for a nice night in. We also enjoy going to Sharks games (the tank is only a few miles up highway 87 and there are several light rail and bus stops close by), venturing into downtown for drink at one of several great tap rooms, going to the movies at Oakridge mall (only a few miles away) as well as the drive ins (across the street from the complex).
