There is another gentleman that stays on the property as well, he’s a retail District Manager within the wireless industry.
On site, there is fashion line, recording studio, photography station, dual 75inch TV entertainment center, rooftop patio, and aquatic division. However, these media related departments are not accessible to potential tenants. But they are within the confines of the unit.
Preferential consideration will be given to artistically inclined individuals, with aspirations within the music industry, dancing, or modeling profession. However, by no means necessary.
Other ideal tenants, would include full-time students or other working professionals.
