I’m looking for a friendly, kind person to rent furnished bedroom suite (w/attached private full bathrm for you) The three of us share some house space: kitchen-common room-laundry-outdoor gardens front & back. I do have my own private living room so the common room will be mostly for you two Roomies. You are full-time employed or you are full-time student with some income. I do work at home & I prefer to have the house to myself 9am-3pm although there’s some flexiblity about that. Also, the house can be noisy during day so it’s best if you are looking for a home where you would be sleeping at night, not daytime. It’s possible to earn some income in exchange for your help with house and garden chores. The $700 rent includes wifi, washer-dryer, TV. NOTE: I’m happy to have you visit to see how the house and room “feels”. Choosing your right place is a heart decision as well as a head decision, so I’m happy to give you a few minutes to sit in the bedroom area, patio, common area… by yourself to see how it feels to you. HOMEOWNER: Lady Artist-retired graphic designer & book illustrator, birder, community volunteer. Supporter of MAGA & Turning Point & traditional Christian values. CURRENT ROOMIE: Young woman in her senior year at local university. PLUS: Gentle Kitty-Clarity, 10 years old. She lost her kitty companion recently and so we are “one cat short” and would welcome another Kitty. I’ve had lots of experience in slowly introducing cats to each other.
