Home comes fully furnished and can also have common areas that include a cowork space, fitness room, and TV lounge room. Rooms are all oversized very very large rooms!
Rooms can come furnished or unfurnished. Furniture included is Queen or Full size bed, end table and dressers per room.
$200 management, maintenance and utilities fee addition per month that covers all full time management staff, maintenance staff, and household utilities including high speed internet.
