This is a Small House in Concord NH with a little yard just big enough for small cookouts and peaceful campfires. It is minutes from the down town area and whites park. The house has a shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and basement for storage, The room for rent will be upstairs adjacent to the other tenants room and has full shared bathroom. Downstairs has a washing machine and 1/2 bathroom as well.

This is a pet friendly household. Your more than welcome to bring a dog, or cat . However management does require an extra pet fee. the rent is $2500/month it would be split evenly between tenants along with the utilities ( Gas electric, water, and internet) (Winter gas prices are more expensive due to heating along with summer for A/C)

The House is fully furnished however, furniture can easily be shifted around or switched out and adjusted if you have any peices you want to add.

Myself and one other live here. We are looking for a 3rd tenant. I have been here for just over two years and typically keep to myself. I thoroughly love the outdoors, small wood working projects, and hosting a very occasional gathering with friends. I also enjoy cooking and will always share what I make or bake.

Ideal Candidates– 20s to 30s– no kids– Clean Background– Strictly non smoking,–quiet, relaxed and open minded. Cleanliness is important but not super strict..
