About the room
Brand new modern home in beautiful Easton Park master-planned community in Southeast Austin, only 20 minutes from downtown. Includes a large, private 2nd floor bedroom with walk-in closet & windows with a hilltop view, memory foam bed, and desk + chair if desired. Bathroom is a large, master bath sized shared bathroom. Common areas are fully-furnished with a convenient upstairs washer & dryer. Our community includes access to a high-end luxury amenity center with a resort-style pool, gym, lounge, pickleball & basketball courts, and miles of nature trails directly accessible from our house inside community. We are also only 1 mile south of McKinney Falls State Park and have a food truck park in our community with a handful of awesome food trucks.
About the roomies
Hi everyone! My wife and I are renting out the two additional bedrooms in our house. We are fun, easy-going, and do our best to keep the common areas clean. My wife and I both work full-time. Our master bedroom suite is on the opposite side of the house, and each private room is quiet and very comfortable. Also, while the bathroom is shared, it is the size of a master bath, so it has plenty of space for two people. Please reach out with any questions you have!
