Large furnished room in quiet house on safe dead-end road with driveway parking.

The house is spacious, kept clean, and has a large yard. Very peaceful and drama free!

The room is furnished with a king bedroom set, microwave, and small refrigerator. There is acess to the kitchen, laundry, outdoor seating areas, pergola, hammock, and all other general/shared areas.

The house rules are simple: no drugs, no drama, smoke outside, keep your space clean. I don’t rent to couples, and I already have a rescue pup and cat, so no more pets.

Looking for a clean & respectful roommate. There’s no application fee or security deposit.

Washer, dryer, wifi provided.
