About the room

WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE! Good-sized four bedroom, two story condo with one fully furnished room available! Common spaces of course included (i.e. Living room, kitchen, patio). This condo is literally in front of the community swimming pool. You don’t have to walk anywhere to get to it. It is also an approximately one minute walk to Fry’s Food. You must be okay with dogs, as there are two large breeds (Malinois and Weimer Reimer) and 1 small breed in the home. They are very friendly, and once they realize that you are part of the household, you are part of the pack. They are loving and loyal. You’ll have your own full size refrigerator and full use of the kitchen (stove top, microwave, dishwasher, sink, etc.). Full disclosure, the kitchen has a stove top, but does not have an oven. There’s a 65” flat screen smart TV in the living room and a very comfortable couch with reclining seats. Good Wi-Fi signal. There’s a front loader washer and dryer and half bath on the main floor also for communal use.

GREAT FURNISHED BEDROOM! The room is on the same side of the upstairs full size bathroom. The room is approximately 160 ft.² and has a bed, a nightstand, and a dresser.
Also a nice big window to take advantage of the beautiful sunlight.

EXCELLENT LOCATION! It doesn’t get any better than this. This condo is literally about a thirty second drive to the 60, from where you can quickly get to the 101 when heading east or connect to the 10/17 when heading west. The property is enviously located on the corner of McClintock and Baseline, and is therefore just a couple of minutes walk from the major bus lines on those streets. The property is also approximately 5 miles down McClintock from the closest light rail stop (not just any light rail stop: this one has a park and ride!). ASU campus is only two or three stops away from there in one direction, while MCC campus is a few short stops away in the other direction. The condo is in a wonderful area with tons of shops, dining, and activity within walking distance, but is also only a few miles down McClintock from Chandler Fashion Center and a few miles down Baseline from Arizona Mills Mall. If you are a college student who would like a part-time job, there’s plenty of opportunity in the area! Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Mesa are all just minutes away.

Nice, easy going, fun loving gal! I live with my current roommate and best friend of over 20 yrs and my 3 dogs. 2 large, 1 small fur babes. They are very well trained, amazing security dogs and absolutely LOVE people and animals
