Access to washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and furnished living room. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed. No pets either. An agreement needs to be reviewed and signed.
About the house: 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home in Katy Crossing! Open floorplan, family room open to kitchen. Spacious kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets, upgraded 42“ upper cabinetry, and a breakfast bar! Laminate flooring in all common areas and rooms, 9’ ceilings throughout! Wash, dryer and refrigerator also available. Located near HCC Katy and UH & UHV Katy. If you are a student, I’d definitely encourage you to look into it.
About the roomies
