I live on the property as well with one current lodger a mid 30“s gentleman. We are pretty quiet as far as noise levels, the house is old so it is fairly impossible to not hear loud noises, so we keep TV and music very low, but certainly you can watch the big TV in the Livingroom or have friends till 10:00PM, then use your private one in your room.
This is a shower tub on the hall. Because you will be sharing space cleaning up after yourself is a necessary expectation. This room has personal space in the medicine chest and three drawers each in the vanity. I provide the cleaning products. This is shared space with the exception of your bedroom.
Short term rentals- college or Flight school students, traveling nurses, or businesspersons. visiting the Vero area.

NO SMOKING The house has direct TV and Wi-Fi service. Room has a TV,, bed, closet and dresser.
You have total access to the living room, kitchen, porch, in ground pool (unfortunately not heated, so in season only) and free laundry, with soap and fabric softener provided. The kitchen is fully furnished. Linens are supplied. House share portion is paid in cash the 1st of each month, rental is by the month.
Rules:
You need to be clean, drug free and congenial. You are responsible to clean your room, always clean-up after yourself is the shared bathroom, and any dishes you use in the kitchen, and of course cleaning up if you cook. House is on a septic system which means minimal use of bleach for the wash and no antibacterial soaps, proper disposal of feminine products.
I currently have a 38 year old male in one room with whom you would share the bathroom. He is a chef, and is fairly quiet. I spend a lot of time out side, I also have a job and volunteer two days a week, we all sort of pass like ships in the night. We are quiet and expect the same.
