1 bedroom- currently furnished with queen bed and dresser. If you would like to bring your own furniture instead, that can be easily arranged. Full bathroom across hall that will be shared occasionally with home owners or house guests. We are looking for a female roommate but if a couple would like to move in (female/female or female/male) the rent will be $900 total. The property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home with a big fenced in yard and screened in back porch. The master bedroom is occupied by the home owners and on a separate floor. Currently there are two unoccupied guest bedrooms, one of which will be rented out. The other will remain unoccupied and used as a guest bedroom for visiting family and such.

We (the home owners) are a lesbian couple in our 30s, with our bedroom and bathroom on a separate floor of the house. We have 3 dogs, but 2 of them are small and the big one is a non shedding/hypoallergenic Labradoodle. We don’t party or stay up late and we keep a clean and peaceful living environment. We are looking for a roommate who lives the same way :)
