Looking for a mature & respectful roommate to share a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home located in a quiet area in midtown. It’s close to the fairgrounds, the Broken Arrow Expressway (Hwy-51), I-44 and I-244. There is a neighborhood Walmart & Target about a mile away. Lots of places to eat or to get a cup of coffee.

Looking for 1 person per bedroom, so we don’t have too many people in the home. The driveway is long enough to fit 3 cars, but that would mean we would be doing the morning car shuffle. You will need to park in the street right in front of the house. There are 2 senior dogs in the home, who have free access to my room & common areas of the home. Your room is furnished with a queen size bed & bedding, a side table & lamp, 5 drawer dresser, smart TV with a digital antenna for local channels, NETFLIX & MAX and a desk with 3 small drawers, a desk lamp & chair. A mini fridge is available if you would like one in the room. You are always welcome to use the regular refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen.

Rent includes utilities, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi & access to the common areas of the home; kitchen, dining & living room. The bathroom will be shared between all roommates, a total of 3 of us. There is also a washer & dryer in the garage, which you can use (must provide your own laundry detergent).

Required: There will be a 30-day trial period. I wouldn’t expect you or I to live in a home that’s not a good fit. I want to be happy in my home, I would think you would like the same. Just asking for open communication & for you to clean-up after yourself. I’m looking for someone to stay at least 6 months but will consider month to month. Please be a non-smoker/vape. The other roommate & I are non-smokers. Sorry, no other pets.

I’m 55 & have worked for the same company for close to 30 years. I have one adult child. So now my “kids” are my 2 senior dogs who usually just lay around & sleep all day. I love reading books & spending time with my family & friends. The other roommate is a working male in his mid 40’s.
