Hello! I currently have a large (12x14.5), unfurnished master bedroom with private bathroom available in a two bedroom apartment in Mission Valley. I am looking to find a clean, responsible roommate to take over the remainder of my lease starting ASAP and ends in September 30th (at which point it can be renewed or you can move out). The room has a long layout with two separate closets parallel to each other and a shower with a tub. The rent is $1288 with water and trash included. The security deposit will be $250. Internet (I currently have AT&T Fiber 300, which is 300 mbps upload and download at 70 dollars a month total) and electricity (through SDG&E) will be shared between the two rooms. The apartment has laminate floors in the kitchen/living room and carpet in the bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and air conditioning. There is also a small gym and a pool with a hot tub. In addition, there is an assigned underground parking spot that will be yours and plenty of guest parking.
