I’m basically living there now myself But I’m rarely there which is mostly from 11:30pm-6am the next day. Weekends I’m usually gone here and there every other weekend. If your kool with sharing a open space with another male I’d be down to meet you. PREF. another male so there’s NO false accusations made #Things and People are Very diff. These days haha. I have a Comfortable Single Fold out Bed that id Place along side the Wall With Extra clean sheets/Blanket/‘s ONCE I connect with a Person who’d be interested.There’s Extra Dresser space in the bathroom,Sheets and clean towels etc… For you to use IF you don’t have any.The apt is VERY clean and I’m SUPER clean so I’m expecting someone SUPER clean as well NO Guest over Besides the 2 People that will be living there. If that’s a issue we won’t get along #F.Y.I. If interested let me know,We can meet up and chat more if so in Person etc.. P.s. I’m also Open/Interested in doing a Trade OFF. The catch is if your able to Clean the apt for Me a few days week,I have Bleach sprays,Pine sol,Fabaloso etc.. to use I’ll wipe away the sec. Dep. And just charge you the $375 to Move in. FYI.. If you have LOADS of stuff your Bringing THIS Won’t work out for you,Just saying NOW BEFORE HAND. P.S. before moving Sec Dep&Rent up front with signed contract with All rules etc.. to Cover BOTH,I want NO ISSUE’S. If you CAN’T RESPECT&BE CLEAN/NEAT FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO RENT FROM/LIVE.
