About the room
Located 10 minutes from Front Range and 20 minutes from CSU on the northwest side of Loveland. Right by Lake Loveland and the sculpture garden. One room is available. It is a basement room, with plenty of storage space, and will be available July 1st. The bathroom is shared with the upstairs roommate for the shower/bathtub (there’s another bathroom downstairs with no shower that will be the downstairs roommate’s primarily). I do have two cats and cannot accept any more pets.
About the roomies
I’m female late twenties nursing student who works part time as well. I love running, reading, and being outside as much as possible when I’m not working or doing school things. Other roommate is a male in his 30s. We’re both pretty clean and looking for someone similar in the common areas.
