The apartment is about a 7-minute walk from campus, perfect for Chico State students. There is also an in-unit washer/dryer, central heating, and a decently sized kitchen for basic accomidations. The landlords are also exceptionally kind; I’ve never encountered any issue with them, and they have been accommodating more often than not! The parking lot can be a little cramped, but there is enough space for everyone, so long as they remember how to park.

If you are looking for a relaxed, drama free space to live in, I find it hard for a place better than here. The apartment is largely quiet, clean, and there has never been any dispute, whether it be about financials or anything else.
