About the room
This is a welcoming household looking for a roommate who will be respectful, clean, and tidy. House is two story with living space downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. There is a backyard with a picnic area and garden. Laundry facilities available. Kitchen is open to all to use as their own. No smoking/vaping in the home. Cleaning supplies & toilet paper are provided. Housecleaner comes once per month included. You must leave room accessible on cleaning day. You also need to keep your space & bathroom tidy between, as this is a home. House is located close to shopping, restaurants, walking/hiking/outdoor recreational space, and several medical facilities. You will be in a safe and peaceful neighborhood.
About the roomies
Currently, you would come on board as a 4th housemate. Three other hardworking adults are living in the home. You would share the bathroom with one other person. It has double sinks and a bathtub/shower. Quiet time is basically after 9pm and until 6am on weekdays, after 11pm and until 7am on weekends. It has worked great to have wine industry folks, hospitality workers, and nursing/medical workers. Open to people who are clean & respectful.
