Available July 1st, 1 Room for rent in 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house in Oakdale, MN. All utilities are included.
The house is located centrally in east metro near the 694/494/94 interchange and is 15-20 minutes from St. Paul/Minneapolis. The home has been almost fully renovated minus from finishing trim and small electrical.
First and last month’s rent and clean back ground check needed prior to moving in.
A Ideal roommate would be someone that is a professional, easy going person that loves dogs. I am only looking for 1 individual to occupy room. No couples or dependents.
About the roomies
I am a 39 year old male w/fiancée, and have a 41 year old male that has rented a room in the basement for the last 5 years. Both have clean records that have professional jobs. I have two dogs that are friendly and potty trained.
