The sunny living room is huge with large windows and a balcony. I keep the common areas very clean and tidy and want to live with someone who cleans up after themselves and participates in the cleaning of the house and rotating chores. This is a top priority for me! It’s an updated unit with lots of light, large kitchen, dishwasher, good storage and closet space. There is a parking spot for a fee or plenty street parking and IN BUILDING LAUNDRY. No more pet sorry.
