TWO BEDROOMS SHARING A BATHROOM IN A FULLY FURNISHED HOUSE AVAILABLE. Newly renovated house. Fresh paint, new floor throughout the house, all brand-new stainless-steel appliances, new HVAC, kitchen ware and utensils. Each room comes with two bed linen sets, a blanket, 2 pillows and cushions, and a set of bath towels. Roomie will be responsible for your own groceries, toiletries including toilet paper, and laundry detergent. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, mugs, drinking glasses, pots and pans including cooking/eating utensils. WiFi and TV included. Lots of room in the kitchen for personal food storage. This is a mid-term rental (1-3months). Negotiable long term after 3 months stays. There are outdoor furniture and gas BBQ set. The property is 10 mins walk to Bidwell Marina, and less than 10 mins drive to Oroville Dam. Lots of hiking trails along the lake and through the neighborhood. CURRENT ROOMIE IS AN OUT OF STATE CONTRACT PROFESSIONAL. Each Roomies will have their own bedroom and front door keys. Kitchen, dining area, laundry, living room, porch and parking areas are all shared spaces. Please respect other Roomie and be sensitive to their own work schedule especially if one needs to sleep during the day. Keep the noise down and PLEASE CLEAN AFTER YOURSELF when using shared spaces. PLEASE DO NOT HELP YOURSELF to other roomies groceries. Not cleaning after yourself can result in terminating of lease contract. NO VISITOR(S) and NO PET(S).
