Bedroom that share a bathroom with one other person in furnished 3bedroom, 2 bathroom house that rents ton only 3 responsible adults who will be courteous and respectable to each other and who will maintain the general areas of the house (kitchen and living room) in its clean and sanitary condition between the time housecleaners come twice a month and clean the general areas, and, bathrooms in the house. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, tv and other furnishings. There is also a tv in the living room. Electric, gas, water, wifi and cleaning of general areas and bathroom twice a month, are included in the monthly rent payment. There is a washer and dryer in the house. The property is gated, there is free parking on the property, and security lighting outside. The house has a quiet and comfortable no smoking environment. It is near Sofi Stadium, the INTUIT Dome and the KIA Forum. The wonderful thing is that there is no noise from stadium events. However, the house is soundproofed. It is also near the 105, 110, 405 FWYS and LAX.

There is currently one adult tenant renting one of the bedrooms in this furnished 3bedroom/2bathroom house, who is studying for his Doctorate in Pharmacy. There are 2 houses on the property. I (Landlord) live in the front house which is separate and apart from this 3bedroom/2bath house (approximately 35 ft between the houses).
