Monthly rent of $ 1,300 includes internet, gas, trash, community pool, washer/Dryer plus 1/3 water and electricity. No pets, however we have a cat.

Professional working Mom with three grown children. 20 year old working student also lives at home. 23 & 26 year old live on their own and will visit often. Active adults that enjoy friends and entertaining on occasion. House Rules: No smoking or drugs. Quiet hours: Sunday thru Thursday begin at 9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 10:00 pm ish No parties; friends ok on the weekends and ok on weekdays with use of common sense and respecting house rules. Clean up after yourself and help with house chores. Looking for a responsible roommate, clean, working professional.
