Hello! My name is Kristin and I’m the owner! I had to move out of state temporarily so I am renting out my townhouse in Centreville by the available rooms. There are 4 bedrooms total, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. There are 2 parking passes available for the townhouse that is shared among the tenants living there and there is street parking nearby around a 5 minute walk. The room available is the master bedroom, which comes with its own bathroom! The kitchen, living room, laundry room and deck are also shared between the tenants. I am looking for a single person to rent out the bedroom up until Dec 31st, 2026 with the possibility of an extension.

Manuel and Daria, a couple in their 30s, lives in the basement bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, one is occupied by Ray, early 30s, lives. Ray owns a dog and a snake. The snake lives in the living room and has his own area. His dog is a Blue Heeler. The other room is currently unoccupied
