About the room

I’m looking for a responsible woman with no children to share my house located in the Cumberland Creek subdivision in Marietta. The house is non-smoking. You are welcome to use all kitchen items. You will be responsible for your own meals. It will be one of three women in the house. You must be covid compliant. The room is unfurnished 10x10. Stairs to the front door, split foyer. The owner does the yard work. You are welcome to help if you want to. 3 outdoor deck/patios. Laundry in basement. On a cul-de-sac. Police officer lives across the street. No storage available. No bus service. No alcohol, drugs, drama or men on the property. No street parking, driveway only.
Galley kitchen. Laminate floors. You will share in the housework on a rotating basis. Rent includes internet and utilities. There is a partial basement where the washer and dryer located. The hall bathroom will be yours to share with another woman. There is no bus service so you must have your own transportation. Sorry no pets.
