Located in the SoFo district of Traverse City (Fernwood Neighborhood)—the is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Only two blocks from the TART trail and Boardman Lake, exactly one mile north of the heart of downtown Traverse City, and one mile south of the GT mall. A great location for its walkability, with nearby grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, shops, the library, beaches, breweries, entertainment, and more.

The room is fully furnished, with a deep closet, one large long dresser and one small short dresser, one side table, one bookshelf, a lounging chair, and its own entry into the bathroom. There is a shared living space, for cooking and eating and doing laundry, but this is a room-rental, not a house rental.

The shared bathroom, with a clawfoot tub and shower, storage, it is newly renovated, new toilet, sink, flooring, and light fixtures. On the main floor is a second half bathroom, with a toilet, sink, and small closet.

This house does have safety cameras for peace of mind and security. Exterior doors are kept locked when the home is not occupied. Only myself, tenants, and my property manger have keys/access to the property.

Included in the lease: utilities(heat, water, power, trash/recycling pickup), washer and dryer, WiFi (streaming services are your responsibility), one free parking spot in back and free on-street parking. There is no A/C in this home.

This rental is a 30-day minimum lease agreement. $300/security deposit, $800/month, utilities included. No long-term leases. Pets negotiable. Respect for my neighbors, my family, and my home are of the utmost importance.
