This is one room with a closet and en-suite, fully furnished, storage space, and a new organic mattress with pillow top. This would be a shared living space, for cooking and eating, but is a room-rental, including one parking spot in the back of the lot for tenant.

The home is a one and half bath, therefore the en-suite (with tub/shower) is shared, with two separate entrances.

Located in downtown Traverse City with walkable amenities. Included in the lease: utilities(heat, water, power, trash/recycling pickup) one parking spot in back year-round, and additionally on-street overnight parking from April through November, and daytime on-street parking is year-round.

This situation is ideal for someone who has possessions that fit into a single bedroom, with room to discuss some minor storage in the basement. The bedroom has one large dresser and one small dresser and one closet.

There will respectfully be no: illegal drugs, and no smoking of any kind inside of the house. House chores should be shared, like picking up after yourself and taking out your own trash.

This rental is a minimum 1 month lease agreement. $400/security deposit, $800/month. Beginning in October and through the month April, rent will increase to $900/month to contribute to energy bill.

Disclaimer: I will be searching for a longer minimum stay lease toward the end of summer/early fall, in hopes to secure a six-month-long lease (minimum) for the colder months, as it’s tough for folks to move while snow is on the ground.

I generally prefer to live with women, but I don’t discriminate and I am still always willing to have a conversation with all who inquire about the rental.
