The townhome is furnished (1540 sq ft), tenant need to provide their own bedroom furniture. Private deck walks out to the TPC golf course on the 10th fairway. Current tenant is a 23-year-old, single male, working 5 days/week at a local car dealership in north Houston. His family lives in The Woodlands, so he visits them often. He enjoys walking the trails in The Woodlands, working out at the gym, gaming with friends, and cooking delicious and healthy meals at home. Tenant has a cat named Yuno who is very active. He enjoys a quiet and peaceful home environment, and appreciate a great night’s sleep.
