The house is located 5 minutes from Willowbrook mall, 249, & Beltway 8, an easy access to other town areas, shopping centers & schools.
On the first floor, only living room, dining room, kitchen, and a 1/2 bath. All bedrooms are upstairs.
A covered backyard patio overlooking a garden with herbs and vegetables—perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and relaxing in your free time.
I primarily work remotely and travel frequently, so I come and go. A female roommate is a plus, but I’m also open to a responsible and respectful male tenant who values cleanliness.
I am limiting up to 3 roommates most of the time for a 2,400 sq.ft.home (other room ad I have is master bedroom with its own en-suite bath). I only come and go.
We aim to create an “oasis”-style living environment—a peaceful, comfortable retreat. Cleanliness and tidiness are very important to maintain this atmosphere for everyone in the home.
The monthly rent includes all utilities, basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, such as sugar, salt, dish soap, utensils, dishes, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. It’s also included the Housekeeper will come to clean the house once in every 5-week.
