Loft unit in Officer’s Row Condos. Second bedroom is spacious, bright, has a large closet, bathroom, and large outdoor patio. Condo is within walking distance of a grocery store, public transit, restaurants, 24 Hr Fitness, neighborhood parks, local restaurants, and shops. I also have a home security system and the street & neighbors are very quiet. Street parking is available directly in front of unit, with underground garage space available as separate rental. Comes furnished with very nice furniture from Crate & Barrel, with some extra space in case you want to bring a couple small pieces such as a loveseat and long dresser.

I am a full time professional working from home full time. I also have two cats who are very friendly and well mannered. Please note: I’m unable to have a roommate with a dog or cat of their own due to compatibility issues with my own pets*
