I have an unfurnished room available in a lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. While the room itself is a blank canvas for you to make your own, the rest of the house is decently furnished with a great, welcoming vibe. Most of the home has been updated, offering a clean and modern living environment. You’ll have full access to the common areas, including the kitchen and living spaces.

No smoking (inside), no recreational drug use, no couples and no overnight guests for more than 2 nights a week.

I’m 34, I have two cats who are very sweet, work 5 days a week, I’m easy going, a bit rambunctious at times but am courteous, mindful and respectful of others.
