The property is located in one of the best neighborhood in Belllfower, near Alondra and woodruff, we have washer and dryer at home, bathroom is shared.

We are a group of young students and workers who are trying to create a fraternity to pay as less rent as possible. But at the same time only accepting chill people, who respect everyone else property, follow the rules and don’t do any kind of drugs or addictions. We are currently living 2 females and 1 male at the house and we all shared everything. We have late schedule at the house, we usually go to bed around 3:00am. And we wake up at 11:00am. We would like someone with the same schedule because we don’t want nobody to be making noises at sleeping time.
