The home is in a prime location, right next to Rock Creek Park and surrounded by several shopping centers, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience. I’ve been renting out rooms in my home for a couple of years now, and in the past, I accommodated two renters who shared a bathroom. Recently, I’ve decided to make things even more comfortable by welcoming only one renter. I believe this change will offer a greater sense of privacy and make the experience much more enjoyable.

Amenities: Situated on the main level of a private single-family home, this room comes with its own bathroom You’ll also have access to common areas, including the kitchen, dining area, and laundry facilities.

Utilities: I have you covered when it comes to utilities! The rent includes all essential services such as electricity, gas, AC, water, internet, waste management, and laundry facilities.

About the room: The room is a fully furnished modern private room inspired by Scandinavian design. This room is equipped with high-end finishes, ensuring your comfort and satisfaction.

Parking: The rent does not include onsite parking. There is plenty of street parking available. If you would like to park on the driveway, it will be an extra $50 a month making the rent $1,250

No parties are allowed, However, you are welcome to have small get-togethers with friends in the backyard, as long as you obtain permission from me in advance.

You: My wife and I are currently searching for a renter who truly appreciates and maintains a clean-living environment—someone who will help us continue to uphold the standards we’ve set for our home. While we are especially interested in finding a female renter, male applicants are certainly welcome to apply as well. In fact, we’ve had male renters in the past, but because we have a female toddler in the house, we will be conducting a thorough screening for male candidates to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.

We take a lot of pride in keeping our home spotless, a fact you can see for yourself in the photos we’ve shared. It’s a priority for us to find someone who shares our appreciation for cleanliness and order. We’re hoping to welcome a young professional who works weekdays, typically from morning through late afternoon.
