I’m the only occupant of the house - a social worker whose daughter recently went off to college in NYC. I’m clean and quiet, like to read and listen to music. I think of home as a refuge from the outside world. I don’t cook much, but don’t mind if you do, and don’t drink, but don’t mind if you do. I’m open to a roommate/tenant of any race, color, national origin, gender, orientation, or age/ability who acts like an adult. I am much more interested in finding the right person than in finding a person right away. I’m hoping to find someone for the longer-term, a year or more.
