About the room
We live in a home close to downtown Lakeland and Bonnet Springs Park. We work remotely at home and out in co-working spaces. There is also another (female) renter in the house along with her two boys.
The welcoming atmosphere that we have created in our home is extremely important to us and the other renters/guests in the house. We all share the kitchen, so be comfortable with sharing space. As such, we are looking for an amiable, easy-going person who cleans up after themself and is a healthy communicator.
THE ROOM:
Furnished with queen bed, nightstands, dresser and smart TV. The bathroom is your own. You have shared use of other common areas in the house. Rent includes utilities: electric, water and WIFI.
Non-smoking individuals. No additional pets will be allowed at this time.
$780/mo rent
- $350 security deposit
1 year lease (would consider 6 months for an extra $50/mo)
The room is for 1 person.

About the roomies
See above about us. Our renter is an active, athletic gentleman. He frequently rides his bike to town and stays busy, sometimes picking up odd jobs.
