Available September 1st! Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Mission Hills. Rent is $1300/month + utilities (SDGE, WiFi). The apartment is in an amazing location on a quiet street within walking distance to Little Italy, Bankers Hill, and Hillcrest. Second floor walk up with a beautiful skyline view of downtown and an outdoor patio that faces the canyon. You’ll have your own room and bathroom that come unfurnished, and the rest of the home is furnished.

Looking for: Someone who’s clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I’d love to live with another woman my age who has a similar work schedule and lifestyle. If you’re a big partier, we won’t be a good match. Must be LGBTQ friendly. No MAGA, couples, straight men, or additional pets.
