Looking for: We are looking for a roommate that is clean, quiet, keeps to themselves, and respectful to others. No drugs/parties. No animals. No overnight guests (because the bathroom is shared). The house is 1,716 sqft Single-Family House with 6 beds and 3 full bathrooms with ample parking. About Room: Private Room Approximately 15ft x 10 ft -$800 (no closet, located on ground level) Bathroom is shared with one other roommate. Utilities are included in the rent (electricity, trash, water, fast-internet (2000 MB/S DL), gas). Cleaning supplies and toilet paper and paper towels are included as well. Laundry available in house. Parking is drive-way/street parking. 5-minute drive to Vancouver Mall 6-minute drive to Fred Meyer 10-minute walking to nearest Bus Stop Required:
- Background and credit check (Non-refundable $35 fee)
- Rental application (Non-refundable $25 fee).
- Last 30 days pay stubs
- $500 security deposit due at signing (refundable)
- Month to month term lease agreement
About the roomies
About us: They are currently five roommates, a 25 year old male, a 25 year old female, 22 year old female, 22 year old male and 40 year old male. They all are quiet, keep to themselves, working full-time and don’t drink or smoke. We also do not have any pets and are not open to having pets in the future.
