Okay, so the house has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom, you would be sharing with our other roommate.The backyard is super spacious. The whole house is really big, in general, the shared spaces would be the kitchen, the living room area and the backyard. Utilities are split between us. And guests are welcome.

The current roommates that live in the house are 3 women. We don’t have a preference on gender anyone is welcome. Our former roommate will be moving out on the 26th. We are both in and out of the house. I work weird hours. Our roommate works three days a week from home. we’re both pretty chill and have our own individual hobbies. I don’t have any pets but she does have two bigger dogs both friendly and well trained.😄 Oh! We don’t mind smoking but we do ask its kept outside.
