Master bedroom for rent

Hey there single dad with a 1 year old daughter I have her 59 % of the time and she does not sleep in her own room so that leave the master bedroom open for someone to rent. Room has closet real hardwood floors throughout the apartment plenty of closet places close to max line and major transit centers

As I stated single father looking for someone to rent a room the fact I have a young daughter I prefer a woman rent the Rome I feel like that’s more appropriate but open to a man renting the room as well I’m clean I dont let the house get messy I’m not loud and I love to cook
