Hello, I’m renting out a furnished one bedroom (approx. 11x11’) with a shared bathroom in my home located in Oviedo, FL. Renting to one working individual only. The house has been completely remodeled and renovated, and is over 2,300 sq. ft. with Corian countertops, solid wood cabinets, renovated bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and new carpeting in all bedrooms. In addition, we have a large open dining room/living room space with a den/bar area. Washer/Dryer available.

For security, we have a motion security camera installed in all entrances/exits outside the house. This house is a 5 bedroom, 3-bathroom house. You’ll be sharing the house with 4 other working professionals in their early 30s and the bathroom with 2 males.

The area is located in an A+ school district, safe suburban neighborhood with plenty shopping and restaurant plazas.
