Camino De La Reina

Hello! I currently have a pet friendly, unfurnished room (12 x 12) available with a detached bathroom (shower with tub) in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury condo in Mission Valley. The room has a walk in closet and another closet just past the bathroom at the end of the short hallway for the rooms use. The room has carpet while the common areas have laminate floors. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, air conditioning, a fireplace, and a balcony with a view of the San Diego river. There is also a gym and pool with hot tub in the complex. The room comes with an assigned underground parking spot and plenty of guest parking.

I am hoping to have a clean, responsible roommate take over the room ASAP for the remainder of the lease (ends September 30) at which point the lease can be renewed for a year or go month to month. The rent is $1046 including trash/water, the security deposit will be $250, and there is a $30 application fee. Feel free to reach out in anyway to schedule a visit. Have a good day!

The master bedroom on the other side of the condo has a couple that would like to move in May 30th so must be okay with living with a couple. They are 23 and 24 and have a pug and a cat.
