Hello everyone,

We are 2 professional straight males living in a 3-bedroom, 1 bath house in Antioch. We are looking for a 1 Male housemate only, not 2. The room is for a single male housemate only! Can be gay, Bi or straight, it doesn’t matter to us. We seek a LONG TERM TENANT. The room is located upstairs, about 16 steps, so you need to be able to climb stairs. The bedroom is furnished with a Double Foam bed on a metal frame, 2 nightstands, linoleum floors for easy cleaning, open wooden closet and a window facing out front. House is in a quiet location, with friendly neighbors.

Please note, we only rent to you. We do not allow guest or overnight guest. Its a privacy issue between all household members. Also, we cannot accommodate any dogs as we have cats. Your cat is welcome. We are Free Spirit People. We do our own thing, but share a house together to share expenses. We prefer you to make an appointment to see the room, the house and to meet with us. We can talk and see if this will work out. This is a month to month contract, no long term lease. We are seeking 1 male housemate only, no couples, please. Sooner than later. Will you be the one?

The rent is $835/mo., with a $500 cleaning/furniture deposit. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included with rent. Washer/dryer located in the garage, kitchen fully stocked with microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, panini maker press, toaster oven, dishwasher, and a variety of smaller appliances. The rest of the house has been updated.

We do have a few cats, mostly in the garage, in the outside catio, but sometimes in the house; if it gets really cold,. They tend to leave us alone, mostly. If you have a cat or 2, they are welcome as well. We do not charge any sorta pet rent as cats will be cats. Crazy, full of energy, playful with each other and likes to sleep a lot.

Grocery Shopping is nearby, Winco Foods, Safeway, Ralph’s, Food Co; along with local eateries within walking distance are: Jack in the Box, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Sylvia’s Country Kitchen, and more, Antioch Bart Station is 5 minutes by car, or a 20 minute walk.

We are 2 straight males living together for the last 7 years. We do our own thing but share a house out of necessity. Our other roomies are cats, the guardians of the house, garage, catio, backyard and front yard. The house is pest free as if anything moves on the floor, the walls or the ceiling, it is investigated and dealt with by our furry companions.
