About the room
Upstairs room, furnished our unfurnished, large closet, shared full walk in shower. All utilities included and high speed Internet. Photos of different furniture set up. I will continue to upload more photos as I am able to. Use of all common areas. 60 inch TV with HULU Live; Netflix; Prime. Peloton Bike and Peloton Thread for walking indoors in the winter. Kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, airfryer, coffee (espresso machine). The property has a chair lift to the second floor where the two bedrooms are; two steps to landing where the chairlift starts. Washer/Dryer onsite in the basement. PARKING: Would be in the driveway as two cars already occupy the two car garage with current roommates but it would be off street. If current roommate moves or decided not to drive anymore then a space in the garage may open up. Small deck to sit outside during the summer months and cool evenings. Looking for someone around our at of 55 and up who may be looking to lessen overall expenses and stay independently living while not having to live along. However, age is not a requirement.
About the roomies
Self: Semiretired professional in early 50’s, highly educated with multiple degrees, own two cats so not open to more pets. Enjoys a quieter environment at home. Upstairs roomie mid 80’s. Retired. Gay. College degrees. A bit of a night owl. Enjoys conversation on all topics.
