Wood is heat, and secondary back up of propane. The home has central air. There is AT&T cell phone service and reliable internet. Close to the center of town. Has great back deck and front porch. The home is hardwood floors, and a redone kitchen. There are 2 cats who do reside in the home. There is a lovely fire pit in the back yard as well. All utilities are included.

Just me residing in the home. I don’t spend much time here except at night. I work a full time job, and a part time job. I enjoy reading in my hammock or enjoying my fire pit or unwinding on the couch, snowmobiling on the weekends in the winter. My family lives close so generally they are the only ones that stop or are around to help out when I need it.
