The room has queen bed, work space, bookshelf, dining area, TV, 2 large closets. With great central AC, access to a fully furnished kitchen and all common areas.
I’m the house owner and live on the property. There are 2 male professionals, who have been roommates for 3 to 6 months. I lease month to month with long or short term rental agreements.
