Conveniently located near the Marina, I-5, public transit, & grocery stores. This is a fully furnished basement with two rooms and a separate entrance.

Other guests are staying upstairs. From 8 pm to 8 am, please refrain from being loud or making noises that would disturb others.

Room 7 and 8 are private bedrooms located in the basement. The basement has its own separate entrance, living area, and kitchen. It will have a lock with a personal key for added privacy/safety during your stay.
