Welcome home, I am renting a room in a 4 bedroom house near the Spring area. Easy access to I-45, about a half hour away from downtown, 20 minutes to the airport (IAH), and about 18 minutes away from The Woodlands. Public transportation access is just a short walk away. The room is medium in size with a walk-in closet, and includes a brand new bed, cabinet, TV and a mini fridge. Hi-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) and all utilities are included with rent, electric outlets on each wall. Shared living room, kitchen, bathrooms, large backyard roofed patio, and laundry area (Washer and Dryer). I value cleanliness, cleaning up after yourself is a must and will be part of your contract.
